When your AC or heat goes out, you call and we answer, day or night. A technician comes out, finds what's actually wrong, and tells you what it'll cost before any work starts.
Here's what usually makes it worse.
Your AC always seems to give out on the hottest day of the year, and that's exactly when you need someone who will pick up the phone and actually come out.
You start calling the places that say they're available 24 hours, and you keep getting voicemail while the house only gets warmer.
One company tells you it's a quick fix and the next says you need a whole new system, when all you want is to know what's actually wrong and what it takes to fix it.
Family-owned since 2005, serving Selma and the San Antonio area. Your comfort is our priority.
We pick up the phone, get you on the schedule, and show up when we say we will. We're here from 7am to 7pm, with someone on call around the clock for emergencies.
Our technicians figure out what's actually wrong and tell you what it will cost to fix. If a $300 repair takes care of it, that's what you'll hear, not a pitch for a $15,000 system you don't need.
You'll know exactly what the repair costs before we begin, and nothing gets done until you give us the go-ahead, so there are no surprises on the bill.
We handle air conditioning and heating for homes and small businesses across the San Antonio area, on every major brand.
If your AC isn't cooling, keeps shutting off, has weak airflow, or your bill suddenly jumped, we'll track down the cause and tell you what the fix costs.
Whether your furnace or heat pump won't start, can't keep up, or runs loud, we work on gas, electric, and heat pump systems.
If your thermostat won't hold a setting or won't talk to your system, we'll test the controls and fix what's off.
Whatever brand you've got, our technicians have worked on it, so there's no need to track down a specialist.

Some problems can wait for a regular appointment. These usually can't. If you notice any of them, it's worth getting a technician out before a small issue turns into a bigger one.
Your vents are running but the air isn't cold, or the house just won't reach the temperature you set.
Air is only trickling out of the vents even with the system running full blast.
Banging, grinding, squealing, or rattling usually means something has come loose or is wearing out.
A burning smell can point to an electrical problem, and a musty one often means mold somewhere in the system.
If the system short-cycles every few minutes, it's straining itself and the problem tends to get worse fast.
Pooling water or ice on the indoor unit usually points to a drainage clog or a refrigerant issue.
Not sure how serious it is? Give us a call and we'll help you figure out the next step.
A few quick things are worth ruling out before you book a service call. If one of these is the culprit, you might save yourself the trip. If not, you will know it is a real problem, and we are a phone call away.
Make sure it is set to cool and a few degrees below the room temperature, and that it is on "cool," not just "fan." If it runs on batteries, a dead battery is a common and easy fix.
A tripped breaker or a flipped disconnect box by the outdoor unit will stop the system cold. Reset a tripped breaker once. If it trips again, leave it and call, because that points to an electrical problem.
A filter packed solid chokes off airflow and can freeze the coil. If yours is gray and matted, swap it, then give the system time to thaw and recover before you expect cold air.
Grass clippings, leaves, and San Antonio cottonwood can smother the condenser. Clear a couple of feet around it, and if the fins are caked, hose them off gently from the outside in.
If the system shut itself off and there is water near the indoor unit, a clogged condensate drain and a tripped safety float switch are often the reason. That one usually needs a technician.
Ice on the lines, a burning smell, or water pooling around the system means stop running it and call. Pushing it through any of those usually turns a small repair into a bigger one.
If you have run through these and your system still will not cooperate, that is exactly what we are here for. Call (210) 383-4682 and we will get a technician out to you.
Here's what happens after you call.
Give us a call and tell us what's going on with your AC or heating, and we'll get a technician scheduled to come take a look.
Our technician looks over your system, figures out what's actually wrong, and walks you through your options with the price up front.
Once you give the okay, we make the repair and get your system running again. Nothing happens until you approve it.

Paul was our savior! Our air conditioner started to not cool right around 9pm. I called a few places that stated they were 24 hours but they didn’t answer. Paul did, and noted how much it would be for the service call at night. We opted to have him come the same evening. So thankful he did! He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes and we were able to sleep peacefully that night._🙏1
AirPro has serviced both of my properties. One in San Antonio and the other in Spring Branch. Phenomenal service! I will NOT allow any other HVAC to service my units. John, Rob, Mary consistently provide me value. Their ability to communicate effectively on emergency and service is a quality that is unmeasurable.I HIGHLY recommend AirPro Cooling & Heating, but don't take my spot, get your own appointment, because they are MY HVAC company for LIFE.
This company saved my day! We woke up drenched in sweat because our AC unit went out in the middle of the night while asleep. I called another company then called AirPro for a second opinion. They were up front with their pricing for the service call which was almost 1/3 what the other solo shop was going to charge me. I've known John for years but never needed to use them until today. Not only was he on time, right at 11am even though they gave me a window of 11am-1pm on the same day which was more than I could have asked for given it's a Monday! He was honest & thorough with his assessment and gave me options to choose from for repairs. As soon as I authorized the repair he went to work and within an hour my AC was up and running again. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC/heat repair. They are reasonable, honest, timely & most importantly, courteous which is so rare these days.
