A Little Upkeep Keeps Your System Running and Your Bills Down

Family-owned since 2005, AirPro keeps San Antonio area systems running with regular AC tune-ups. A little maintenance catches small problems before they turn into breakdowns, keeps your system efficient through the Texas summer, and helps your equipment last longer.

Two Visits a Year

We service your system in spring and fall, so it's ready for both the cooling season and the cold snaps.

A Real Tune-Up, Not a Sticker

Our technicians actually check and clean the system, so we catch the small stuff before it becomes a service call.

You Decide What Happens Next

If we find something, we tell you what it is and what it costs. What you do about it is up to you.

What a Full AC Tune-Up in San Antonio Covers

Every AC tune-up is a hands-on visit, indoors and out, not a quick filter swap. We clean and check the parts that wear and clog over a Texas cooling season, so your system runs efficiently and you sidestep the surprise breakdown in August. We recommend a tune-up twice a year: in spring before the heat, and in fall before the first cold snap.

Thermostat and controls
Filters checked (replace as needed)
Evaporator and condenser coils
Capacitors and electrical connections
Refrigerant levels and temperature split
Drain lines flushed; drain pan checked
Blower and outdoor fan operation
Compressor operation and amp draw

Why an AC Maintenance Plan in San Antonio Pays for Itself

Regular care is the most effective way to protect your comfort and avoid the cost of emergency repairs.

Lower Energy Bills

A clean, tuned system runs efficiently and works less hard to cool your home, which lowers your monthly bills.

Fewer Surprise Breakdowns

Maintenance catches small issues, weak capacitors, clogged drains, before they leave you without AC.

Protect Your Warranty

Most major manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep your parts warranty valid.

A Longer-Lasting System

Less strain on the equipment means it lasts longer before it needs replacing.

Maintenance Plan or a One-Time Tune-Up in San Antonio?

Both are preventative maintenance: the same hands-on tune-up. The difference is the schedule, and whether you want to remember to book it yourself.

A One-Time Tune-Up

A single visit, whenever you think of it. A good fit if you just want your system checked before summer and would rather call as you go. You get the same full tune-up, one season at a time.

The Annual Maintenance Plan

Seasonal tune-ups on a schedule, so your system is checked before each season instead of after it quits. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cover two visits a year, spring and fall. You are on the schedule, so it does not slip past you in a busy summer. It is the option most homeowners on a plan stay with.

Not sure which fits your home? Call us at (210) 383-4682 and we will walk you through both.

Comfort Club Maintenance Plans

Regular HVAC maintenance is the most effective way to protect your home's comfort and prevent the high cost of emergency repairs. Annual tune-ups improve your system's efficiency, which leads to lower monthly energy bills and a longer lifespan for your equipment. Our plans catch small issues before they lead to significant problems, down time or water damage.

Prices below are per year for one system. If none of the three fit your home, we build a custom plan, including for homes with more than three systems.

The people at Air Pro are absolutely amazing and definitely have amazing customer service. A special thanks to Joseph and his associate for coming out at the end of the day to fix our A/C in this sweltering heat. He was very patient and explained what the issue was, and answered all of our questions. We have used Air Pro several times in the past for both maintenance and repairs, and have always received excellent service.
— Lois Quinones
Amazing job always but this time the service went above and beyond. If possible I would ask Paul Sepeda to be my tech every time. The annual checkup package is also a blessing so glad we signed up.
— Rolando Ramirez
Robert Reasor and his staff are second to none. I have had several ACs in my houses and now I have a company for life. Technicians were awesome and informative, the maintenance great. I have noticed my bills have literally been cut in half which is great in these times. If you want any AC/Heat stuff done to your house and done right the first time you must chose AirPro. Highly recommend!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. Our Comfort Club plans come in three tiers: $149, $249 and $399 a year for one system. Tier 1 covers one AC visit a year. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cover two visits, AC and heat, and waive the service call fee. Tier 3 adds a technician within 24 hours and a lifetime warranty on parts we replace. All three include 10% off repairs.
How often should I get my system checked?
Twice a year, in spring and fall.
How often should I change my filters?
For South Texas we recommend replacing the air filters every month.
Why should I get my AC system checked?
Regular preventative maintenance is the most effective way to protect your comfort and prevent the high cost of emergency repairs. It keeps the system efficient so it works less, catches small issues before they become breakdowns, keeps your manufacturer parts warranty valid (most require documented annual maintenance), and extends the system's lifespan.
How much does AC maintenance in San Antonio cost?
It depends on your system and whether you're on a plan. Call us at (210) 383-4682 and we'll walk you through what an AC or HVAC maintenance plan in San Antonio includes and the current price, with no surprise charges.
What does an AC tune-up in San Antonio include?
A full AC tune-up in San Antonio is a top-to-bottom check: coils, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, the blower, the thermostat, and the drain line, plus a filter change. You get a real inspection, not a quick sticker on the unit.
What temperature should I set my thermostat to in summer?
Energy Star recommends no lower than 78 degrees when you're home, bumping up to 85 degrees while you're away, and 82 degrees at night.
Does my manufacturer warranty require annual maintenance?
Often, yes. Most HVAC manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep the parts warranty valid, so a lapse can leave you paying for a repair the warranty would have covered. Our maintenance visits give you that documentation.
What happens if I skip AC maintenance?
The system works harder and less efficiently, so bills creep up, small problems you would have caught turn into breakdowns (usually on the hottest day), and the equipment wears out sooner. In the San Antonio heat, a neglected system has a hard life.
Can I get on a plan if you didn't install my system?
Yes. We service and maintain systems no matter who installed them, on every major brand.
